Greg “Goody” Goodwin was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June 2023 and passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024. Greg was the former coach of both the boys and girls teams at Absegami High School.
After several procedures and hospital stays in the last few months, Goody was set to receive care that focuses on providing relief from pain in the comfort of his home. The past year has been filled with uncertainty, grief, sorrow, but also lots of love.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Absegami High School (201 S Wrangleboro Rd, Galloway, NJ 08205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Jul Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The V Foundation for Cancer Research.

WILLIAM GRAY THOMAS, age 98, passed away on December 20th, 2023. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, and was the son of the late Dr. Benjamin A. Thomas and the late Eleanor Gray Thomas and the husband of the late Helen E. Brown Thomas. William was a graduate of Temple University with a Masters in Health and PE and was a member of the Basketball Club of South Jersey for over 60 years serving as the President and inducted in the Hall of Fame. He was the owner of Williams G. Thomas Insurance Agency in Cherry Hill, NJ. He is the Father of Alan G. Thomas (Angela) of Barnegat Light, NJ and Donald Thomas (Carol) of Medford, NJ and Grandfather of Christopher Thomas (Rebecca), Matthew Thomas (Erin) Kara Lee Atwell (Jonathan James). He is also survived by his Great Grandchildren Megan Thomas, Tyler Thomas, Dexter Thomas, Marshall Thomas, Georgia Lee Atwell, Uriah Jonathan Atwell, Joshua Gray Atwell, and Shepherd Scott Atwell and also daughter-in-law Nancy C. Thomas. Funeral Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwd, PA. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Bradley & Stow Funeral Home in Medford, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the High Point Volunteer Fire Company, 10 W. 80th Street, Harvey Cedars, NJ 08008.
